Projected capacitive, panel-format
PCAP (projected capacitive) is the phone-style touch technology: a sensor grid behind a glass cover lens, flush mounting, multi-touch gestures and no bezel lip. The YCL Touch PCAP range covers 7 to 27 inches in panel format for equipment builders — office and education terminals, industrial fronts, and interactive products. Structures are G+G (glass sensor on glass), G+F and G+F+F (film-based), with 6H tempered-glass options and controller choices that include EETI and ILITEK on specified models.

Does PCAP work through an additional glass pane?
Standard PCAP panels are tuned for their own cover lens. For touch through a separate, thick glass pane, specify capacitive touch foil instead.
